Since the beginning of this year, I've been trying to make use of our membership and trying to stay consistent by going to the rec at least 3 times a week. On a good week, I am there 5 days of the week. Like they say, it's takes 21 days to make it a habit...and so far it's become a habit.
I guess they say you need to switch out your routine. Today was my 2nd time doing the kick boxing class. Last week was hilarious 'cause I was so lost. But today was a little bit easier. So for now, here's what my week looks like...Monday - kick boxing, Tuesday - Zumba, Wednesday - cardio kick boxing?, Thursday - Zumba, Friday - crossramp/or eliptical and Saturday- Zumba. I do weights every day but switch off between legs, arms and abs.
I'm not a fitness expert, so I have no idea if what I'm doing even works for others. I know it works for me 'cause it's helped me maintain the weight I've loss. Now going forward, I'd like to lose some more, so now it's back to "being good" and "staying on track".

There are days when I don't want to go and workout or eat right...but when I look at the pic from Feb. 2007 - that's what keeps me going.

Thanks ladies! Still trying to stay motivated. Each day is a challenge, but besides trying to "look good", the best thing is you feel good. I think that's the most important thing. Especially with little ones, I want to do everything possible so that I can be a healthy parent and be around for as long as I can be. You all can do it! Just set your mind to it and it's possible.
