Friday - Nohea's 12th Birthday.
Saturday - Haloti's 42nd Birthday. Like usual, went to the gym - did Yoga and Zumba. Afterwards, ran and picked up gifts for Haloti and for my first cousin Heamoni's baby. That afternoon we went to her baby shower. A lot of my first cousins (on my mom's side of course) were there. We had a great time and can not wait for another get together. Moni had her baby on Monday - a baby boy. His name is Napoleone Vea (sorry, forgot the middle name). After the shower, I picked up my sister in law Ana from the airport. Later that evening, Haloti asked if I was taking him out for his birthday. I told him "yeah, if you want me to return your shoes". He didn't find that very funny. We ended up going to our favorite Vietnamese Noodle House - Pho Bien Hoa. We ordered the usual, the hot and sour soup with beef flank, eggrolls, chicken fried rice and shrimp lo mein.
Sunday - Our family from Logan came down. Nohea was ordained a Deacon. Church was only 2 hours because of the Draper Temple broadcast later that evening held at our building. After church everyone came over for some food. I have the great in laws and siblings! They didn't have to, but they all came with stuff for our little eating. The food was absolutely delicious. My sister in law Fa made these spring rolls and noodle salad that was to die for. That's all I ate and there was no limit - I figure it was mostly veggies so I ate A LOT of it. My little sister Silia made this chocolate bundt cake - SO GOOD. It was rich and moist - it had sour cream and chocolate chips. Good thing not much was left or I would have eaten it all myself. Then of course, my other sister in law Roxanne brought desserts over too - her cookie salad and her famous white cake with banana & strawberries. I had some of that too. I asked my other sister Kalo to make my spaghetti salad and that she did. I love spaghetti salad - especially with barbecued foods. My mom made ngou'a and that disappeared as soon as it was served. I have the best family and they do so much for us! We love you all - and again THANKS for always stepping in and helping out.
Monday - did I ever mention how much I hate the snow? Well I do and yesterday I especially hated it even more. After dropping off Soni at school yesterday, I was rear ended in the school parking lot. The driver who is Asian came out and apologized and also pointed out that no damage was done. Lucky thing I was in our suburban. I think that is one thing I enjoy about having an older car, I don't get so uptight when it gets dirty or when someone's hit our car. Surprisingly enough, no major dents. Then because I was running late (the story of my life), I had to run the younger three to school then drop Nohe'a off at his school because we missed the bus. On my way home after dropping Nohe'a off, I saw the car in front of me spin and do a doughut. Good thing I was still a good distance, so no worries there. I thought in my head "wow, what a crazy driver". And what you know, as soon as I thought that, the suburban started sliding off the road. Lucky thing no cars were parked on the side 'cause the suburban slammed into the curb. It was not a light slam to the curb, but a big slam where it hurt my arm because I slammed it on the side of the compartment in the middle. I was dreading the drive into work. By the time I finally made it out, the road was all cleared. Didn't make it to kickboxing - stayed home and tried to organize things around the house. Didn't get much done because my two boys and I were playing Mafia Wars on Facebook. Another time consuming hobby.
I took pictures on Sunday and will have to share them at a later time because I can not find my camera.

O.k. busy is right! But all the stuff going on in your family are great things. I'm glad you get time out for yourself to Zumba.
