Zumba in Utah!

I thought I would share this link even though it's not even the class I attend. This is the second time they have featured Zumba in the Utah media. The first time on channel 4 (sorry, can't remember the station identification) and now on ksl.com. I don't want to bash any instructors (and sorry if I did in the past) because first of all, I have to give them credit for taking the time to learn routines and then stand in front of a group and teach -- but our instructor Julie totally ROCKS! You can tell that she loves what she is doing and on top of that her routines are fun and by the end of class you are sweating - A LOT. I've tried all the classes at our rec center and really there is a difference. The other Zumba classes, I can probably go and run for another 30 minutes to get the workout I get in Julie's class.
