Okay...so here I go totally putting my own self on blast. My sister blogged about this yesterday and it was funny yesterday...but then it happened again today.
Yesterday my sisters (Kalo & Silia) and I left during work to catch what I thought was the twins' first grade graduation. We rushed over to the school only to find out that the graduation is today. Yeah...parent of the year. But like I told my sisters, "well, at least we didn't miss it".
My sister Kalo asked Brydan about graduation and he told her "yeah, it was today". Kalo told him, "no it wasn't, we were at your school and they said it's tomorrow". Today Kalo and I went to what I thought was the entire first grade graduation only to find it out it was just Mr. Johnson's class (Gideon's). So Brydan was probably right -- his was yesterday. Yeah, talk about LOSER parent.
While at work I get a text from my 6th grader (Nohe'a)saying that he made it home and that he received a Presidential award at school. Talk about can't keep things together in our house.
I try to make it to all the kids' award ceremonies, games, etc. and if I can't make it, I make sure someone (like their dad, my mom or sister) is there to show them our support. I guess I better step it up! Thanks for listening to me vent.

Hello you have a TON already on UR plate so don't be so hard on ur self!!! I'm sure when the girls start school it will be the same thing YOU DO what U CAN!!! and learn from the mistakes love ya sis
It's ok Sinai your and AWESOME mother, seriously you have done soo much for your KIDS I know they know your intentions were there, and seriously if one of us knew we sooo woulda been there...Silia's right don't be so hard on yourself. YOUR THE BEST LOVE YAH SIS!!!
