Right now with school starting, this is the best time to stock up on school supplies. I like to stock up. I'll buy extra to donate to the kids' classes. I usually will buy enough to get them started and then wait for the clearance. That's when I stock. Target is my favorite place for school supplies when clearanced. My kids start school with their old backpacks. Then around Sept. or so, they mark their backpacks down and I usually wait 'til it's 75% off. I usually go crazy and buy a ton. Great for gifts too.
