Last night they cancelled mutual, so I caught the 8 pm Zumba class. Deena (a favorite instructor) taught and boy was it a killer workout. She mixed it up with some new and old ones. I'm very picky about the instructors I like and at the WVC there's just a couple I like to attend their classes, Julie Ray and Deena Vansambeek (hope I spelled her last name correctly). I know when I attend their classes I will walk away with a good workout. Granted it depends on you too. But these two make you wanna workout! When I got home last night, I logged on to check work and in the meantime to kill time searched YouTube for the latest Zumba videos uploaded. I came across this video:
The instructor is Deena's daughter Kelsey. She is an awesome instructor also. Very cute girl! She's taught with Deena a few times and to be honest, she's better than her mom!!!

Now that looks like fun. If there was any chance of Zumba making my body look like the instructor's then sign me up!
