It's been a few days since I've blogged. One reason, just didn't know what to blog about and nothing too exciting in my life to write about other than the usual -- working out daily again. I'm sure y'all just love reading about that. LOL.
Anyhow,this morning when I logged in, saw that my little brother wrote another poem. Thought it was perfect to share. It's titled 'Motivation'. Finding motivation is difficult. But once you do find that motivation, you can just keep going. Was it Sir Isaac Newton that said, an object in motion will stay in motion unless acted upon by a equal or stronger force? When you do find motivation to accomplish the goals you have it, don't let anything stop you! It really is up to you.

Thanks! I read Silia's post yesterday and remembered I wrote a poem that had to do with what she is going through. Keep up the good work! Now I work straight days it is easier for me to workout now. I'm joining the bandwagon....
I second silia's comment you have helped me out a great deal as well and I'm totally feeling good, in fact I'm more excited for friday for my NEW SHOES woohoo!!!
