With autumn just around the corner, thought I'd share a couple cake mix recipes~
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 pkg spice cake mix
1 small can pumpkin (make sure it's pumpkin not the pumpkin pie mix)
1 bag chocolate chips
Mix the spice cake mix (nothing else - just the cake mix) with the can of pumpkin. Once it's completely mixed, add in your chocolate chips (as much or as little as you like). Then I use an ice cream scooper (the kind that has the device inside that swoops -- does that make sense?) to drop them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until completely done.
Pumpkin Spice cupcakes
1 pkg spice cake mix
1 small can pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix together cake mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice - then drop into cupcake liners. Bake until done. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
*If you want to double the recipe -- I normally use 2 cake mixes and the large can of pumpkin.

ohh yumm!! I love the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies..I tasted them with the cream cheese frosting:) They were to die for:) I bet your kitchen smells heavenly right now:):)
Aye sis those are the best cookies so when you bringing some to work LOL!! Love yah.
