Hope y'all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I certainly did. In fact, maybe a little too much to eat. A week or two ago was craving otai and sure enough, mi madre same some apple otai. Yummy. Along with that, had a little puaka tunu kili (pig skin) with some talo from Tonga...along with the traditional turkey, gravy, stuffing...and had some ham on my plate, but didn't get to it. Topped off with some of my sis Silia's chocolate trifle...oh and some of the vanilla one too. Later that night, sampled the food from my in-laws and well, that leads me to this wonderful post...
Everyone and anyone that knows me, knows that I love my Zumba. Can I just say it's one of the funnest cardio workouts out there. Since doing Zumba and shaking it like I'm in some kind of competition in class, my sides have really slimmed down. Seriously it has. I wish I could say the same for my stomach.
Anyhow, I came across this video and it's actually a good ab workout -- I know along with the workout, you must eat right too. Great idea using your treadmill. I know they actually have a machine at our gym that does the same workout. So, after viewing this, I will be making use of this machine at the gym.

I have the p90x workout. they have a good ab workout on it. let me know if you wanna borrow it.
