Harmon's - Local Grocer

I use to be an avid coupon shopper. I built up quite the storage. Then about a year ago, I took a break. We've been fortunate to live off that coupon storage supply for the past year. I mean, I still had to shop for perishables and what not, but as for personal hygiene items, toiletries, etc., we were fully stocked. But that was then and now--that storage is slowly being depleted.

I am trying to get back on with the coupon savings. Today, I decided to finally use my 2 $15 gift cards I had at Harmon's. They had a special on their Cap'n Crunch cereals. On sale - 5 boxes for $8. Then in their ad, there is a manufacturer's coupon for $3 off 5 Quaker products. Use that on the 5 boxes of cereal, it made each box $1. The same applied for the granola bars. I just bought 5 boxes. Great deal for name brand cereal.

Also in the ad was a coupon for $1 off Yoplait yogurt when you buy 10. Yogurt was on sale 10/$5 -- so with the coupon, it made each yogurt $.40. Pretty cheap for yogurt!

I am loving the savings and it feels good to be back into it again!!!

I also bought a couple more reusable bags. Harmon's offers the same deal as Target. Save $.05 for each bag you bring back and use.

Here's a few oldies from past coupon shopping trips:
