I'm sure there are plenty moms out there with the same routine. It gets a little crazy sometimes, but like any parent, you just do your best.
This past week I caught Alitza's Zumba class on Tuesday night. Luckily I got a hook up from a friend who was able to get me a pass. Let's just say, I literally got my butt kicked. She is intense. I definitely got a good workout and glad I was able to catch a class considering I didn't think I was going to get a workout in. Lots of squats in her routine. So many that it left me sore. In fact, still sore.
Last night I attended Teresa's class. Like always, fun and another great workout. She had a lady there that just certified this past Saturday teach a song. I bet she was nervous. Heck, I would be. Last week when I attended her class, she had me come up to the front. Then in the middle of the song, she left me and told me to lead. Very nerve racking...but it was good to experience.
The Zumba ceritification is coming up in a couple of weeks. I had to check my email to verify that I really did sign up for the class. LOL. I can't wait.
I have a few more random thoughts, but I'll save those for another day....have a fabulous weekend!!! Hoping this gloomy Utah weather changes. It's been very bi-polar!
