Along with the bracelet came an insert that basically said to wear the bracelet and when you get a chance to do something kind or good for another, pass the bracelet along and ask them to "pay it forward". Anyhow, long story short, I found out the gentleman who was behind this movement in Salt Lake City. I added him as a friend on Facebook and every now and then, stop by his page to see what he has posted.
Not too long ago, Charley Johnson (the individual behind the Pay It Forward movement in SLC) posted the following video that I'd like to share -- it's funny yet motivating. Check it out:
