Try, try again.

I have to say, I keep posting that I'm going to get serious about working out, eating right, etc. And what happens? Nada. Zilch. Nothing.

I taught all 5 days last week. Did I push myself? Not quite. Did I eat right? Nope.

Last Friday, Moses Kinikini from Season 11 of Biggest Loser, dropped in to work out with us. Along with that, he brought Deni Hill who also was on the show. It was a fun filled morning with some healthy snacks and all. Pictures were taken and as I look back at the pictures, I see where I need to do some serious work.

Again, this week -- will definitely push myself and hopefully hit the weight room which I have not done in months. I came across some more blogs to help motivate me to get back on track.

My goal right now is to cut out the soda completely which I did have a bottle or two last week. Cut back on the sweets. Watch portion control. I'll focus on that for now and then when I think I have control with that, will try and eat clean again.

A never ending journey. Not giving up. Like they say, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
