Kraft Promo at Albie's (short for Albertson's)

I was actually going to post some random thoughts -- but will save those for another day. Instead, I am going to share my shopping trip yesterday. Right now at Albie's they have a Kraft promo running. If you spend $10 you get $3 off at the register. So if you spend $20, you get $6 off and so on. I had a shopping buddy with me last night and I just noticed on the receipt that his bag of jelly bellys cost $3.69 - ugh!

Here's what I purchased (and yes this amount would've have been about $4 less without his bag of jelly bellys):

16 Crystal Light to go 14 ct ($.25 each)
4 GM Chex cereals ($.75 each)
12 Nestle refridgerated cookie dough ($.75 each)
8 Splenda ($.85 each)
5 Ocean Spray dried cranberries ($.85 each)
10 Hawaii's Own frozen juice ($.70 each)
8 Digiorno One pizzas ($.75 each)
10 Kool-Aid burstin waters 6 pack ($.70 each)

After the $3 was taken off (13 times) and $4 off for the GM cereal, coupons and catalinas - I paid $43.59 for all of this and saved $210.22. On top of that I received $2 catalinas for every three boxes of Crystal Light. Who said you had to shop at the $1 store? You can shop at your regular grocery store and get items even cheaper than the $1 store! Gotta love it! Check out this pyp link for the specifics on the sale>

**Sorry no picture, was too lazy (and in a rush) to take a snapshot.**

Hello Sinai,

Did you have coupons for the crystal light packs? I wanted to know how you got it for only 25cents...

Thanks

I had $1 off manufacturer's coupons that came out in a tearpad back in December. I found them at Albertson's. Along with that, for every 3 packages you buy, you get back a $2 catalina. I didn't know it was every 3. I thought it was every 4. So I figured the amount based on what I paid. But next time, I'm buying in 3's, so I'm sure it will be less than $.25 a package. Whenever you spot coupons at the store, grab some. The usually come in handy in the future. Hope that helps.
