A friend of mine told me about this cafe, Blue Lemon located here in Utah. She went there over the weekend and the food was delicious. I haven't been here myself, but trust her. Check out the website for more info. I posted just a couple pictures of the salads they have on their menu. Can't wait to go there!

Wow Sinai the pix makes me hungry.. Let me know when you go and I'll meet you there.. LOL
A girlfriend of mine is one of the chefs there and she says it's the best place to go and eat and when you leave you never feel guilty for what you ate. Thanks for sharing this information.
