Maybe you already know this and I'm the slow one, but I just discovered that Verizon offers a FAVORITE 10 package. Basically you can add 10 non-Verizon numbers and when you call them, it doesn't count against your minutes. It's just like T-Mobile's FAV FIVE, but you get twice the numbers.
Along with that I didn't know you can put blocks on the phones - such as blocking the downloads, etc. We have 4 cells through Verizon and two of them being our older two boys. I found out that one of them was downloading games -- so guess what happens now? No can do anymore.
I am not a big texter (is that even a word?) and so I had the $10 text plan and then each of the other phones had a $5 text plan, that added up to $25 a month for texting and found out - for $5 more, we can get unlimited texting.
And to top it off, found out through my job, we can get a discount! I love it when I can get more for my money. Like I mentioned, this is probably old news to some of you, but I was pretty excited when I found out. If you have verizon and didn't know about the info I posted, look into it - there are a few specifics, but worth it.

Im going to look into the verizon fav 10 numbers.. My sisters and I have verizon but my husband and son has cricket (they dont text). All my minutes every month go to them.. Wow good to know your verizon, so when I call for advice I dont have to count my minutes.. LOL..
