Last Friday was the 2 hour Zumba-thon that my sisters, mom and I attended. It was a lot of fun! Hard...but lots of fun! My sisters both blogged about it, so rather than posting pictures, just check out their blogs: Morena's and Silia's. If you're a friend of mine on BEBO, it's the same pictures.
A friend of mine suggested a new workout that is the latest craze out in California. It looks like it incorporates some Latin flair as well. I'm excited for it to make it's way here. This workout is called Boogie Box Fit. Check out this link for more info.
