It's 3 am and I am wide awake! I got off work late -- got home it was almost 9 pm. I was going to head over to the rec and get a workout in, but figured that by the time I get there, I would have less than an hour since they close at 10 pm. So instead what did I do? Ate my leftovers from Olive Garden (went to lunch with a couple girlfriends -- Uila & Tysie) and then fell asleep. Woke up close to midnight and now can not go back to sleep.
I need to if I'm going to catch my morning classes. I haven't attended the Yoga class in awhile and need to. But we'll see.
Something different I'm gonna try -- and this is for those who ask, "what do you eat and what do you do for your workout"....I'm going to add a small section at the bottom of each blog.

Today: No workout
Breakfast: large orange creme slush, tater tots, steak burrito
Lunch: pina colada, salad, breadsticks, stuffed mushrooms-3, chicken scampi pasta (Olive Garden)
Dinner: the leftovers from my lunch (chicken scampi & breadsticks)
