Suicide!

Believe it or not, I made it to the 'Boot Camp' class at 5:30 am. Yeah, I was surprised myself. This class totally kicked my butt! We did a mixture of kickboxing, jump roping, duck walks and a bunch of other cardio moves. Jose (instructor) was pushing all of us to our limits -- which was a good thing. After the work out in the room, he took us upstairs to the track area. Had us use the resistance ropes and walked around the track. We looked funny -- but I know we will all feel it in the glutes come tomorrow. Afterwards he took us down to the gym and guess what we did? Suicides! Yeah, 3 of them. K, the last time I did these was in high school -- like 15-17 years ago. I have to say, I didn't do too bad. I was the second one in the class to finish. My sister Kalo met me there and I'm sure she can say it was a good workout. It was a killer -- but it will pay off.

After the gym, rushed home to get the kids ready for their dentist appointments and softball tournament. Dropped off Ailini at Sam & Kelly's to catch a ride to the tournament. Headed over to the dentist -- the boys had their 6 month checkup. Soni was good -- didn't need another appointment. The other three - let's just say I'll be at the dentist off for the next couple of weeks. Hahaha!

Once we were done with their appointments, I dropped the twins off at my mom's. My brother Lopeti was taking them to the zoo. Soni, Nohe'a and I then headed out to Riverton to catch Lini's game. The girls played well, even though they didn't win. Then after the first game, I went into work. Haloti picked up the kids from my work and headed back for Lini's last game at 3:30 p.m.

Talk about a busy day today! I have to add, it was also very hot outside!

Workout: None
Breakfast: med cup watermelon otai, hashbrown
Lunch: sausage egg mcmuffin w/cheese, lrg oj
Dinner: 3 burger shots, dum dum suckers (3), potato skins (1.75 oz), watermelon,
a few bites manioke & kale sipi

Friday:
Workout: Boot Camp (various exercises)
Weights: arms & legs

Breakfast: 1 sausage, bacon, egg & cheese burrito, hash rounds, oj
Lunch: orange creme slush, chicken salad
Dinner:
