I heard about elf cosmetics probably about a year or two ago. At the time, it was available online only. Recently I ran out of liquid eyeliner and while at Target was going to pick up a new Revlon one. That ran me around $5.99. Pricey in my opinion, but I know there are those out there that pay more than that.
As I was rounding the corner, I noticed a display with elf cosmetics and guess how much? $1 each. I was excited, but a little nervous at the same time. You know what they say -- you get what you pay for. I ended up buying 3. Brought 'em home and tested one out -- to date, no problems. Love it and love that it only costs $1.

I love ELF products..I found it here at the Target down the street for a buck also! What a deal..you bet I stockpiled on the eyelash curlers..mines keep disappearing with my daughters always using my makeup and stuff..now I don't have to worry for a year..great post!
