Spotlight...

At our local rec. they are doing spotlights on the members and guess who was chosen? They asked me to bring a before and after picture along with workout regimen and what not. A few weeks ago, they put this up on the bulletin board outside our aerobics room. It's been a fun experience. Some of my friends that I met recently at the rec. center commented on how they can't believe that is me in the 'before' picture. I hope the pictures will help motivate others. If I can do it, anyone can!!!! You just gotta hang in there and keep going!
