Let's just say I LOVE COUPONS!!!!!
Began 'couponing' back in 2002. Was going strong until about 2008 or so.
Last year started to slack big time! In the past, prior to last year, I shopped
every week. I probably shopped with coupons probably less then five times last year.

I'm trying to get back into it and decided to organize the few coupons I have and hit the Smith's sale. In the past, I would have 4 papers delivered to my home and then buy about 6 more to make it 10 sets. Since I've been slacking, the most I have is 4 sets...or less.

Here's what I picked up today:

10 Emerald dry roasted peanuts $.50 (w/$1 off MC on top of jars)

*6 Kellogg's Frosted mini-wheats $1.24 (w/$1.50 off of 2 MC)
*4 17 oz Kellogg's Fruit Loops $1.29 (w/$.70 off of 1 MC)
*2 17 oz Kellogg's Corn Pops $1.29 (w/$.70 off of 1 MC)
*4 17 oz Kellogg's Froot Loops $1.29 w/$.70 off 1 MC)

I scored with the $.70 Kellogg's blinkies right in front of the cereal. I normally would not spend that much on cereal, but when you don't have any, $1.24-$1.29 is a great price! I also scored with the $1 off coupons on the peanuts! Location I was at: 4100 S. 5600 W. I also picked the Kellogg's boxes that contained more coupons inside.

It contained $5 worth of coupons:
$1/2 pkgs of Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats, Crispix, Rice Krispies and or Kellogg's Corn Flakes (10 oz. or larger)

Save $1 on fresh fruit when you purchase any one package of Kellogg's Cereal (10 oz. or larger)

Save $1 on two packages of Kellogg's Raisin Bran Extra! Frosted Mini-Wheats Little Bites (Chocolate or Original) and/or Kellogg's Corn Flakes Touch of Honey Cereals (12 oz or Larger, Mix or Match)

I spent about $68 for all the groceries and about $32 for the Powerade. I also earned $.15 off gas! In my opinion, not too bad!!! I need to stop by tomorrow because I wasn't as organized as I wanted to be and forgot to take my $1 off Ken's dressings...and a few more coupons I didn't have...another trip tomorrow!!!! The coupon addiction is coming back! And I love it!!! Now to balance that with everything else!

Oh and I am excited to stop by Target this week - Monopoly game and Connect Four are on sale for $7. This past week we received a $5 off Monopoly game and $4 off Connect Four -- yup, makes it $2 and $3. I'm going to buy 4 of each and save them for gifts. Awesome deal!!!
