Well almost...I finally signed up for the May 29th Zumba certification class. No turning back now!
I finally signed up before telling my sisters about it. In the past, I would tell them that a class was available. Then I would procrastinate and then next thing you know, class is sold out. But this time vice versa. I saw it available, signed up and then told everyone.
I was telling my sister I was nervous. And as bold as she is, she said "Nervous for what? It's just a certification class." I said to her, "Oh yeah, you're right. But I'm just nervous about the whole thing". She then reminded me, "You know, you'll have to face that some people may not like you as an instructor". I told her, "yeah, I know, but I want everyone to". LOL! It was a good pep talk and a good reminder that I can only be myself and will have to accept that simple fact that some may not like my teaching style.
Excited but nervous! But glad I finally went through and signed up.

Yay!!! I am glad u waited until after you signed up to tell me lol!!! I am so HAPPY FOR U SIS!!! You have came a long way and U will be a gr8 instructor!!! I didn't think my pep talk was to harsh? u think? ok maybe it was, I just have realized myself that u will never ever be able to please everyone!!! LOVE YA!!! wooohoooo!!!
Congratulations!! The first step is always the hardest. You've accomplished so much through your weight loss process. You should be so proud of yourself!!
