Better Health...

YOU ARE AS OLD AS YOU FEEL!

I refuse to feel old! With that being said -- I am still on my journey to a healthier lifestyle! Not quite fully there - but hey, a little treat here and there does not hurt.

If you feel old - then you need to do something about it! It doesn't take vigorous exercise to get into shape. Zumba, running, biking, etc. may not be for everyone, but something as simple as walking can help one stay fit.

My two cents for today!
