As much as I love Zumba and it's my preferable workout by choice, it's good to switch up your workout. The great thing about Zumba for me is that it opened up doors to trying other workouts. I enjoyed it enough to feel confident to try new things. Give cycling, running, yoga, pilates, water aerobics...and the list goes on and on a TRY. When you do the same workout day in, day out and no changes, your body gets use to it and I believe it goes into sleep mode. Hahaha...just kidding. I'm not sure if it really does, but I think it doesn't give the same results as if you switched it up. Now if you're into Zumba like I am, I suggest going to different instructors - why? Each instructor has their own style and teaching format. Each has a signature move they love to incorporate in their routines and so on. And as I've tried different Zumba classes, I get a different workout with each one. Be daring and switch things up!

Wednesday Workout Tip

I'm so glad your back to blogging regularly. Your tips are awesome. I've zumba'ing and have ventured to kick boxing (ugh..hard lol) but I totally believe you gotta change it up. Still have alot to learn and try though. Hopefully some Hot Hula soon. But still my all time favorite is ZUMBA!!! Thanks Sinai!!
