Here's a picture from the weekend from our 2 1/2 hour Zumbathon. This picture was taken before and missing one or two instructors. Notice me in the back row, far left?

Thanks to my mom who always keeps it real. Sometimes I wish she didn't. But she deos. As she describes the event, she likes to include that I was the biggest instructor there. Whether I like to admit it or not, I was. After viewing a few of the pictures, I am very determined.
On Monday as I was surfing the web, I came across an album that caught my eye. It was an album similar to my weight loss album, but of women who have transformed their bodies from losing weight to toning up. I mean some serious toning. Now don't get me wrong and think I want to look like a bodybuilder -- I don't. But what I do want is definition, mainly in my arms. When I gained weight, I gained a lot in my arms. And when I lost weight, I seemed to have lost everywhere but there. Anyhow, I saw this picture below and it has motivated me.

Her before picture reminds me of mine. It's amazing to see how she has transformed her body. The picture gives me hope and motivation that it is possible. I don't want to be that muscle-ly. Just toned & fit is all.
Discipline is what it's going to take.
