If you're wondering what happened, I went to Portland, OR last Wednesday and got in this morning. That would explain the missing daily posts. I was good at tracking what I ate, but I lost the paper, so I'll have to start all over this week -- the same goes for the workout. The only kind of exercise I got in while away was our hike up Multnomah Falls. Other than that, no kind of exercise whatsoever.
That would explain why this morning as we were getting ready to head home, the capris I first put one were snug. Way snug. So off they went for a looser pair. LOL. That means this week it's watch what I eat 'cause from the list last week, I went way off and the weekend in Portland did not help.
As for exercising -- really means making the effort to get out of bed early in the morning so I can get my workout in. And if it means a double workout (evening), even better. I'm kinda nervous to get on the scale and face reality. Hahaha! But it's all good. I'm not gonna dwell on it.
Hope everyone out here in SLC had a good Pioneer Day. Saw many posts on FB about Pioneer Day, camping out waiting for the parade and it brought back so many good memories of my childhood when we use to do that. I also saw pics from the Liahona band and that too reminded me of when I use to march in it carrying the "LIAHONA" sign. I remember the one year when we arrived at the end point and I passed out from the heat. Hahaha! Memories.
