On Saturday when I weighed myself, I tacked on 2 lbs. This morning when I went to the gym, I got on the scale again and guess what? I gained another 2 lbs. Yeah...so not good. But at the same time, I am not surprised. Like they say, if you are really watching your weight, it's good to get that reality check by weighing yourself.
What's the plan? Hit the gym in the morning, watch what I eat and track what I eat. Work out hard and definitely give it my all!

Monday:
No workout
Breakfast: 1 LRG cup otai
Lunch: 2 pcs chicken, 1 piece ufi
Dinner: rice, mac salad, garlic chicken, teri beef
Snacked on one too many tootsie rolls
Tuesday:
Weights: arms, legs and abs
Cardio: 15 mins on eliptical, 1 hour Zumba
Breakfast: 1 LRG cup otai, 1 doughnut, 2 cookies, orange juice
Lunch:
Dinner: 1 LRG cup otai, 1 slice pizza
A couple tootsie rolls
