Not work, but from my workouts. Last week was a busy week. The last day I worked out was last Tuesday (Zumba). Then due to things going on the rest of the week, just didn't make it to the gym. Normally when that happens, I am good with the eating part. Like I really watch what I eat and watch my portions.
Key word, 'normally'. But did that happen this weekend? Ummmm, NOPE. Friday night, it was chili and chili dogs. How about I had a bowl or two of chili and then 3 hot dogs. Yup, not good. And earlier in the day, scarfed down 2 cake doughnuts.
Saturday -- breakfast at McD's and then tailgated...steak, chicken, funeral potatoes, broccolli slaw, cheesecake...then got a cougar tail (basically a maple 3 -- like 3 normal size maple bars) and hot chocolate.
Sunday -- in the dessert mood, make blueberry cheesecake and banana cream pie -- had a few slices of both.
When I get on the scale tomorrow morning, I'm not going to be surprised if I tacked on a few pounds. But you know, it's okay. Going to get back on track -- workout Monday - Friday (exception of Wednesday) and back on track with eating.

I always know that you get right back on track, that's what I admire about you! I had that kinda week too. And tomorrow is a new day, and it's gonna be a better healthier day :) Thanks for always encouraging and keeping positive :)
