Friday night began with a relaxing evening at home. Didn't go anywhere. I did however catch the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics held in Vancouver, Canada. One thing I did while watching the ceremonies was keep track of how many athletes from each country. Amazing to see some countries with only one athlete. It was neat to see countries from the tropics participating. I didn't see any from Tonga :( Watching the olympics reminded me of my little brother Brian. He served his mission in Vancouver and he keeps telling me it such a beautiful place. It too is on my list of places to visit.

Saturday began with an early morning Power Yoga class followed by Zumba. I was a little disappointed I didn't get to work on weights at all -- and probably because I didn't get much in all week. Oh well, there's this week. After class, I took the kids (along with my mom and Kalo) to the movies to watch Percy Jackson -- The lightning thief (or something like that). Nohe'a read the book and was excited to see the movie. I figured why not? Didn't have anything else to do.
Movies was followed by a trip to IN and OUT burgers for my boys!

Later that evening, I met my sisters Kalo and Silia at Chili's. Ashley joined us shortly after. And Ailini was there too. We had a good time just talking and eating. I caught the other tables listening and laughing along at our conversations. Our waiter was very cool. Mixed drinks for everybody. Even sat down at our table and chatted. It was just a fun night! Love ya sisters!!!

Sunday was Stake Conference. We picked up my mom, Kalo and Ailini and headed over to the Bountiful Conference Center. Since I woke up late, didn't have anything but a banana to eat. So all during conference, I was thinking about food. Well, we ended up at Chuck-A-Rama. Can I just say there food has changed? It's better than before. The food tasted homemade. I know who would've thought? But it was good.
It was a fun weekend...just too bad that it ended with us finding out a cyclone was headed for Tonga. Haloti, Soni and dad are still there. We were in contact with them until late Sunday night. Heavy rains and strong winds were present when my mom was on the phone with them. Then the line cut out. So at this point, not sure what's going on there. Not even sure if they will be able to come home tonight. Until we can make contact with them, I'm not sure when they'll come home.
