Did you know that One A Day makes drink packets that you can add to a 16.9 oz bottle of water? I didn't know until yesterday when a friend of mine told me. How cool is that? Okay, so maybe some of you already knew this, but when you've been out of touch with the vitamin world, this is something new.
As much as I try and live a healthier lifestyle, by eating healthy stuff, I know I don't quite get all the vitamins I need. In the past I was taking the children's Dora vitamins. I know Dora? There's a story behind that -- I got a good deal on the vitamins and bought several bottles. Well, it's the chewable kind and my kids didn't like it. Actually my daughter didn't like it. And the boys, you know, they're too cool to be eating Dora vitamins. So rather than throwing them away and going to waste, I took them. I didn't chew on them like you're suppose to. I thought it tasted gross too. Instead I just swallowed them whole like a pill. I was so good at taking them that I finished our supply. Then when I ran out, I didn't buy anymore 'cause you know, vitamins are so expensive!
But since the fainting episode a few weeks ago, I figure I better get back on. When I heard about the drink packets, it got me excited. I will definitely give this a try and see how it pans out. If the drinks taste gross, then it will be back to pill form or maybe gummy form -- you know the children's gummy vitamins are great!!!

You may want to try the Nature Made vitamin. They are a gel vitamin which is actually better for your body when taking vitamins. They are great and I like them better than the One A Day. Just a suggestion! :)
