As promised in my last post, I'm posting about the Salt Lake City, trainer whose caught national attention. A short summary about his story: he's a trainer and has been obsessed with fitness pretty much all his life. To get a better feel of what it's like to be overweight, he challenged himself. In May of this year, he started actually he stopped working out and ate. And ate he did. To date he's put on over 70+ pounds. His challenge is to gain as much weight as possible in 6 months. Then the next 6 months, challenge himself to get back to his original weight through diet and exercise. I'm excited because he's been blogging about his journey. As I read some of his excerpts, it hits home because I remember feeling the same way. I think it's November 5th he starts on his weight loss journey. He will be posting what he does to lose it. I'm pretty excited. To find out more or to follow along, here's his BLOG/or link.

Here's his picture when he began:

And here's his picture last weekend:

Crazy aye?

Well, since my last post, I gave up on the clean eating part. I know, I suck. I did last one whole week. It was an interesting challenge and hopefully I'll get back on it soon. At the moment, not feeling like it.

As much as I've planned to hit the gym again and do some weight training, I haven't been able to. I'm hoping to go this coming Monday. My goal is to get my house all cleaned this weekend, so when Monday rolls around, I won't feel bad for going. Along with that, I will focus on going to bed earlier Sunday evening so when I teach Monday, I will be well rested and not need a nap after class. We'll see how it goes! Have a good weekend!
