Maybe this week?
I have been slacking on the get fit part. Don't know what my problem is, but I need to get with the program. Beginning tomorrow, back to getting serious and getting with it. That means, when teaching and it's not my songs, push myself hard. It means making it to the weight room and getting back to my old schedule of working the weights. It also means watching portion control, drinking lots of water and making better food choices. I can tell in my clothes that I've gained inches. Definitely not good.
Excited for a new start tomorrow.

I am so with you! I don't know what my problem is either with the lack of watching what I eat! Kudos for you to starting on Halloween :) The more support the better so if there is anything I can do let me know! Looking forward to getting back to EMZ some now that the foot is healed and hubby's season is almost over WAHOO!!! Take care!
