EMZ

I haven't posted about Zumba or about my EMZ group for awhile. A few hours ago, on KSL.com, they posted a story & pictures about EMZ. The interview was done over the phone back in August & the pictures were taken last week Monday. Grateful that someone was willing & interested in doing a story on our group. A few things I wish they would've added about our group, but hey, can't be picky right? Thank you Wendy Leonard & Scott Winterton.

There are so many amazing (I like to use this word & you may see it a few more times in this post...lol) people associated with our EMZ Crew. From the instructors who help out (Beti Tu'aefe, Betsy Vakapuna, Twig Larkin, Jocelyn De Corte, Dana Rossi, Lila Latu, Christina Magana, Satomi Biggs, Maki Chavoya, Ailin Almada, Mila Ramirez, Jessica Thompson, Nicole Fiedler, Teuila Aagard...and hopefully I didn't forget someone, if I did, sorry) to the behind the scenes (Mahina Folau & Eleni Filimo'eatu for the building; Taina Tauataina, Meleane Vea, Veeyah Kaufana, Nola Tu'aone for the events, patroling our parking lot) and to the many individuals from men, women & children who come out and work out -- simply AMAZING.

I've had the privilege of meeting many and hearing some of their trials, triumphs in life. It has motivated me in many ways.

We have a vast variety of people that come out, from young & old, from fit to unfit. Everyone adds a certain personality to the EMZ Crew and together we all have fun and get a good work out. It's been an amazing journey from 3 individuals that began EMZ to a record of 120 on some mornings.

I love you EMZ Crew.

Below are a few pictures I borrowed from the article. Here's the LINK to the actual article.
